Establishing a Vietnamese-Owned Company
- Vietnamese citizens or organizations.
- Limited Liability Company (LLC) with 1 or 2 members, and Joint Stock Company (JSC).
- Simpler procedure compared to FDI, but still requires careful planning regarding Charter Capital and operational structure.

Establishing a Foreign-Invested Company (FDI)
- Foreign investors (individuals or corporations) seeking 100% ownership or forming joint ventures with local partners. This is the primary path for business in Vietnam for foreigners.
- Requires securing both the Investment Registration Certificate (IRC) and the
- Enterprise Registration Certificate (ERC). Compliance demands a specific investment project and capital ratio disclosure in accordance with Vietnamese law.
- We manage the entire dual-licensing process, from proving financial capacity to final ERC issuance.

Establishing a Company Branch
- An established parent company (Vietnamese or FDI) looking to expand its business, production, or representation outside its head office province/city.
- The Branch functions as a subsidiary unit of the parent company and is not an independent legal entity.
- We handle all registration and notification requirements necessary to legally establish your secondary operational base.

Establishing a Sole Proprietorship (Private Enterprise)
- Individuals (Vietnamese citizens) looking to establish a small-scale business.
- This structure is the least complex regarding administrative requirements, with no need for a Company Charter, formal capital contribution commitment, or opening a corporate bank account.
- We guide individual business owners through preparing the necessary personal documents and securing the business registration license.

Establishing a Business Location (Business Place)
- An established parent company (Vietnamese or FDI) that wants to open more warehouses, stores, or offices for business, production, or representation purposes.
- This is the simplest expansion form. It requires clear notification to local authorities and is generally used for small-scale operational points.
- This entity is neither a Branch nor an independent legal entity.
